The objective was to create an identity that would reflect the positive changes happening within the Association and overall tourism industry; to create a symbol of unity; as well as reflect the beauty and vibrancy of British Columbia. The new logo was unveiled by Sung Van, Creative Director at Latitude Vancouver, at the recent B.C. Tourism Industry Conference in Victoria, BC. The brand will continue to be rolled out in 2012.

The objective was to create a distinct logo and look that would help launch this important service. "Through our experience in the health services sector, we have learned the importance of using imagery and visual elements that communicate positive outcomes, rather than illness and suffering. We sought to develop a strong, positive identity that could evolve as a symbol for child and youth mental health. Our creative team developed a logo featuring a brightly coloured pinwheel – an image associated with happiness, youth and innocence." says Sung Van, Creative Director for Latitude Vancouver.
