Objective
Marldon’s brand identity needed a complete overhaul. Our main focus was to reposition the company in the commercial & residential property sector, without alienating their existing clients.
Proposition
As an award winning & respected specialist design & build partnership, the new identity needed to reflect the quality of Marldon’s service. It needed to be elegant and sophisticated, but also contemporary and forward-looking, appealing to both new and existing clients.
Solution
The result was an identity that holds true to its traditional values, and expresses a strong architectural design bias. However it now denotes a more modernist style, giving a sense of understated yet inherent quality.
