• Objective
  Coordinating the launch of any new project – be it a hotel opening or new product – can be extremely difficult. We wanted to develop a web-based system to meet these marketing & management challenges that would also keep track of all timelines, files & communications.
• Proposition
  The system we created provides a hub for all aspects of launch planning. uLaunch allows the control of everything from flexible timelines, task allocation & messaging, to simple, straightforward file sharing & storage.
• Solution
  uLaunch provides greater flexibility in the planning process of opening a new hotel. A timeline of role-specific tasks can be made date specific, highlighting all due, overdue & completed tasks. The site also allows messaging between any member of the project team & file uploads – & incorporates online FAQs.
