  • Objective
    Marrakech is fast becoming the new leisure destination. As part of an ongoing relationship with The Address Brand, the agency was briefed to work with the developers of this unique destination to develop a sales and marketing platform for the development.
    The objective was to align the brand values of the Address Hotel + Resorts brand with the aspirations of this unique and exclusive residence and Polo Club.
  • Proposition
    As well as creating a distinctive suite of printed marketing material we also needed to attract investors to this unique development.

  • Solution
    We designed a distinctive die cut folder that revealed 2 sales brochures. One as a destination brochure giving an overview of the vision and development, and the other as villa specific. To support the printed material, we also developed an online registration website which again reflected
    the design aesthetics of the Address Brand.
