Originally a modest stable block, Brownlow Mews has been transformed into four striking, contemporary homes.

We were involved in all aspects of the marketing mix from the design & development of the microsite through to sales brochures.

  • Objective
    To produce a cost effective microsite in line with Marldon's brand and communications strategy & to support the overall marketing campaign for this residential development.

  • Proposition
    Timing was critical. The client needed the marketing materials completed ahead of the project in order to start selling.
  • Solution
    We set up a sample house complete with props, & shot it for the website & collateral. The brochure design resembled a set of architectural plans, creating the sense of buying 'off plan'.
