Meraas Hospitality is one of a number of entities that sit under Meraas Holding. This newly created division will at first focus purely on the concept creation, product development, management and operation of ‘boutique luxury segment projects’ of the hotel industry sector in a way that continues to embrace the overall philosophy of the group and actively help achieve the Emirate 2020 vision.

Project Brief

To create a solid strategic foundation and clear brand product architecture on which to build a hospitality division and provide the name and tools to convey the overall vision within the group and its role within the core projects and developments.

Solution

The unique approach of Meraas Holding continues into the delivery of this division. The simply named Meraas Hotels & Resorts reflects the same courage, pride and credibility of the group.  In creating the brand, it was imperative to demonstrate the vision to lead a new, more human sense of hospitality – one that is born of the Middle East where generosity, care and modesty are the qualities of a more mature, cosmopolitan and world-class Dubai who welcome guests from around the world.
