Columbus Monte-Carlo

For many years now, this hotel, originally co-owned by F1 and local, David Coulthard, has been synonymous with an eye for design, a destination for those in the know and a home away from home for the local community. A major refurbishment programme and development of residences will once more shine a light on this as the place for those people seeking Riviera style.

Project Brief

To refresh the hotel brand identity and establish it as one of the original lifestyle hotels in Monaco. Includes delivery of pre-opening and launch hotel and promotional collateral to re-introduce the newly renovated hotel back into the market.

Solution

Capturing the essence of Riviera style has been at the forefront of the identity. Any visual and verbal language would need to complement the beautiful interiors and enhanced guest experience throughout the hotel, and new residences. But it also had to stay true to itself in being simple, sophisticated and effortless. Being part of the fabric of the authentic Monaco, a place frequented by those that live and work there, not just the tourists, a familiarity and warmth in tone has been important to maintain.
