Grosvenor House, A JW Marriott Hotel is one of the world’s largest and most famous luxury hotels, based in the prime location of Park Lane in London’s Mayfair. The hotel has just completed a multi-million pound renovation and restoration. This includes a full refurbishment of all restaurants, guest rooms, health facilities and public areas.
The agency were appointed to lead and co-ordinate the re-branding of Grosvenor House, to sit in line with the Marriott JW brand. Key projects have included brand positioning, the identity, food and beverage branding, photography, signage, print and advertising.
Keeping the brand and tone of voice consistent across all their communications was vital. So we developed an entire suite of collateral – both e-commerce and print – that incorporated the hotel’s signature rose theme, and used photography to complement the existing brand. The project was a huge success and was delivered on time and on budget – all thanks to our close working partnership with the client.
