Latitude were asked by the then CEO of the Hospitality division, Marc Dardenne, to create a new luxury tier brand for Pontiac Land Group. It all started with in-depth market research, to start defining what the DNA of this brand would be. A brand that truly reflected the family values of the Kwee family. Outcomes: Board-level strategy sessions, brand positioning, value proposition development, naming, brandmark, visual language, collateral, website, digital apps, brand guidelines, signage and wayfinding.
To develop and produce the primary pre-opening communications for the hotel, from marketing and advertising to in-room collateral making sure they deliver on the hotel’s vision to provide intuitive, bespoke service that enhances and inspires its guests experience.
